- A career Sculptor/Artist, avid African Drummer [Djembe], and full-time Lover of Life... On February 28th, 2009 Peter John Marbury was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident in Sarasota, Florida... A powerful, vibrant and happy man, Peter lived every moment of every day to the fullest, and at the age of 70, he passed away doing one of the things he loved the most in life; cruising on his Duc, with his buddies, on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in paradise... He will be missed dearly by the many friends and family members that he left behind, but his legacy will live on in his monumental body of artwork and in the long lasting effects that he has had on all of the people that he has touched along his journey... Peace be with you Peter... You are an inspiration and a true legend!!! Love and Light!!!

2 days before my father passed away, his friend read him a bit of wisdom she had found on the cap of an iced tea bottle... For some reason he felt compelled to write the quote down on his computer, print it out in big bold letters and hang it up in the kitchen of the house we were all staying at... After his passing, the seemingly dull cliche took on a whole new meaning... What it said was this;
